Within the first 30 days of receipt of your equipment, MAGNUM Fitness guarantees, that if you have any problem that cannot be rectified by our service department, we will, at our discretion, send a service technician to your facility or REPLACE said unit AT OUR EXPENSE.
Duration of Warranty - Under normal use for Strength Products.
Lifetime: Machine frames, cams, weights stack plates and their rubber support blocks.
Five Years: Pulleys, pivot bearings, weight stack bushings, guide rods, 1/4 "cables, add on stack carriage rollers.
Three Years: Metal NON-frame components (except otherwise stated), ball joints, shocks, brass bushings.
Two Years: Chrome slides, seat posts, telescopic tubes, tower cables.
One Year: Grips, plastic pull knobs, lever locks, spring pin assemblies, weight stack pins, linear shafts, linear bearings, ropes, 3/16" cable, star knob assemblies, plastic parts, springs. There is a 1 year limited warranty for Olympic bars, dumbbells. Olympic platforms- for wear through of protective water based finish.
Six Months: Upholstery rollers and pads (for wear through).
